PEME has delivered a wide variety of contracts and projects to our clients. Several examples of the depth and breadth of our maintenance engineering, electrical installations and mechanical installations work are provided in this section.
Electrical Survey and Recovery
Following a reportable accident within a major industrial manufacturing plant, PEME was contracted to conduct an independent audit of the electrical installation on the effected site. The audit identified that the site’s electrical installation needed significant attention. We conducted a follow-on full-site survey to identify what electrical installation documentation existed and the extent of any required electrical installation remedial work.
Mains Distribution Investigation & Test
Working on behalf of a major industrial manufacturing client, PEME carried out an electrical mains distribution investigation and test program that led to an action plan to rectify identified faults and bring-about a step-change in electrical safety within the plant.
Lighting Survey and Installation
Following a PEME conducted independent electrical survey on a major manufacturing plant following a reportable accident we had identified significant faults related to the lighting installation. There was also a lack of Emergency lighting (BS5366) and in-general the lighting levels were low (EN 12464-Part1: 2009).
Electrical Remedial Work
PEME conducted an electrical mains distribution and test program on a major manufacturing plant following a reportable accident. We then carried out a range of electrical remedial work to ensure the site electrical installation met current legislation requirements.
