We have a structured Engineering Asset Management Maintenance Model that includes an assessment of your existing maintenance regime, identifies the maintenance contract requirements, provides a contract mobilisation action plan and ensures continuous improvement through a reliability improvement program. We have a series of in-house reliability training courses.
Your plant will benefit from our full range of reliability services including Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Condition Based Monitoring (CBM).
We take over responsibility for the engineering, planning, execution and management of your entire plant maintenance activities and function as your maintenance department. This includes responsibility for maintenance management, man-power, technical and administrative functions, maintenance control programs and systems, stores and spares programs and training. We provide a complete outsourced maintenance service to you.
Our in-house mechanical installations, electrical installations, design, software, fabrication and welding, panel building and industrial engraving capability plays an essential role in supporting our plant maintenance partnership.
Each partnership contract is measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, reliability, environmental, safety and cost objectives.
PEME has an excellent safety infrastructure and established in-house safety training.
We can also assist you in initiating the maintenance function within a new plant, by scoping, sourcing and putting in-place the required maintenance infrastructure whilst training and mentoring your maintenance staff to take full responsibility for plant maintenance once it is successfully up and running. We are a recognised engineering apprenticeship training organisation with an in-house engineering training facility.
