Engineering Maint Manager – Adlington

PEME are leading Asset Care providers.  We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager to work on an industrial site in Adlington.

The Role:
You will manage an engineering team consisting of engineers, a maintenance planner, a reliability engineer and a technical store-person maintaining equipment across the Plant.

You will be required to manage preventive, corrective, reactive and continuous improvement activities including engineering compliance.

The Plant operates 24/7 and as a responsible person you will need a flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.

Experience:
You must have a good technical background with good electrical / mechanical awareness working within an industrial environment.

We are looking for someone who continually seeks to improve activities and processes and is capable of working autonomously.

You must have a working knowledge, understanding and compliance of Health and Safety systems (Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Safe Systems of Work) and statutory maintenance requirements.

Qualifications:
You must possess either an electrical or mechanical qualification (i.e. City & Guilds or BTEC).  City & Guilds 17th Edition Wiring Regulations is essential if electrically qualified.

Salary is competitive, depending upon experience.
