Maint Supervisor/Planner – Lancashire

PEME are leading Asset Care providers. We have a requirement for a Maintenance Supervisor/Planner based in Adlington, Lancashire.

The role involves planning all engineering activities carried out on site whether by internal or external resource. You will control day to day activities ensuring spares and equipment are available and all health and safety requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a good Industrial maintenance engineering background and be able to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA). A good understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment and services is essential.

You will create maintenance plans and liaise with production staff to ensure equipment is released for planned activities. You will ensure that the information entered into the CMMS is accurate and complete. In addition to this you will be responsible for measuring and meeting KPI’s.

Excellent IT skills in MS Office (especially Word and Excel) are essential to the role. Experience of CMMS systems would be advantageous.

Candidates must possess an electrical or mechanical technical qualification (BTEC and/or NVQ3).  City & Guilds 17th Edition is essential for electrically qualified personnel.
