We have successfully passed our OHSAS 18001 annual audit. This helps us to ensure PEME meets our Health & Safety legal obligations and provides evidence that we are serious about reducing Health and Safety risks to our engineering teams.
OHSAS 18001 is the internationally recognised standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. By implementing this best-practice process, PEME has identified and controlled the Health and Safety risks resulting from our Asset Care services.
Achieving OHSAS 18001 certification demonstrates that PEME is committed to reducing accidents, complying with the law and improving our overall Health and Safety performance. This leads to increased employee, customer and stakeholder confidence in the PEME Safety Management System.
Managing Director, Ashley Maile said “Our team should feel very proud of this achievement; collectively we have made a great contribution towards PEME’s continual improvement through an active training regime and close attention to detail.”
