Ben Nevis WaterAid Climb

A team of PEME engineers, client representatives and suppliers has raised a donation of £175 for www.wateraid.org through a sponsored Ben Nevis climb. This donation helps to transform lives by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation in the world’s poorest communities.

The PEME team members consisted of Ashley Maile, Darren Martin, Barrie Robinson and Stef Smith. The team climbed Ben Nevis via the CMD Arête and braved some adverse weather conditions to reach the summit of the highest mountain on the British Isles.

WaterAid works in 26 countries in Africa, Asia and the Pacific region providing access to safe water supplies. PEME is helping WaterAid in several other ways and you can help by recycling your old mobile phone. They receive an average of £5 per phone which can make a big difference in poor communities.
