The PEME Reliability department provides Condition Monitoring services to a range of clients in support of maintenance contracts and as part of a complete reliability package.
The Reliability department is led by experienced, qualified Engineers and PEME has further invested in the training of our Reliability Engineers to ensure they are both competent and appropriately qualified to conduct this specialist work.
Contracts Co-ordinator, Anna Walker and Reliability Engineer, Tomas Cosgrove have recently, successfully completed an accredited Level 1 Vibration Analysis course with Rockwell Automation.
This course covers the theory, principles and practices of Vibration Analysis and having passed the exam they are now certified Vibration Analysis practitioners which compliments the extensive experience they have gained conducting Vibration Analysis on a range of assets, sites and sectors.
Reliability Engineer, Laurie-ann Benner has passed an accredited Level 1 Ultrasound course with Alpine components. This course covers the theory behind and practical delivery of ultrasound analysis and having passed the exam she is now a certified ultrasonic practitioner which adds to the Condition Monitoring qualifications she has already gained in Vibration Analysis and thermography.
Anna, Tom and Laurie-ann are all products of the PEME apprenticeship scheme and past winners of the PEME apprentice of the year award.
