Come and Join Ryan?

PEME's Ryan Meierhofer

This is Ryan Meierhofer, a PEME Mechanical Apprentice learning new skills and adding real-value working within the PEME Asset Care team for a major food producer in East London. Ryan knows it is National Apprenticeship Week and is desperate for more talent to join him on the PEME apprenticeship scheme but advises you need to be quick as the closing date is 28 March 2016.

It’s National Apprenticeship Week this week!  If you know someone who is looking for a career as an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, PEME are currently offering engineering apprenticeship placements and we are looking for talent to join us.

Our engineers work on Asset Care teams looking after industrial assets such as manufacturing lines.  The work involves Plant Maintenance, Project Installations and Engineering Compliance.

If you want to be part of a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce then PEME’s Apprenticeship Programme is the place for you. We take pride in growing our own talent, not only through our apprenticeships but ongoing development once you have achieved your qualifications.

Candidates must possess GCSE’s in Maths, English and Science at Level C or above. You should be practically minded, display an aptitude for Engineering, willing to work away and be prepared to attend College on a day-release basis.  In return we will offer you a highly structured Apprenticeship Programme. At the end of your 3-4 years of study you will have attained an Engineering qualification on which you can start to build your career. Applications will only be considered from candidates with a full clean driving licence and the required GCSE results.

National Apprenticeship Week (NAW 2016) is co-ordinated by the National Apprenticeship Service and is designed to celebrate apprenticeships and the positive impact they have on individuals, businesses and the wider economy.

You can apply on-line here but don’t hang-around as the closing date for applications is Monday 28 March 2016
