We pride ourselves on the loyalty of our workforce and wanted to show our appreciation by introducing a new PEME Long Service Award for all personnel that complete 15 continuous years of service. The annual PEME awards evening recently took place and this provided an opportunity to recognise our long service employees.
MD Ashley Maile presented individual Long Service Awards to 13 members of staff and is shown with those who received their awards during the evening. Collectively, this group have clocked-up an impressive 243 years’ service. Ashley said “For several years now, PEME has celebrated the success of our apprentices with an annual apprentice evening but we realised that we also have many people working within PEME that provide stability across our Asset Care contracts and Project Installations teams by remaining with PEME and delivering great performances and achieving fantastic Productivity Improvement results for our clients. We wanted to acknowledge our gratitude and pride in what they achieve.”
