PEME has strengthened the Reliability Department by head-hunting a specialist in premature bracket failure. Matt Allan joins the PEME Reliability team having gained experience on our Plant Maintenance contracts.
Matt will initially be working within the PEME Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) team and will conduct CBM data gathering, air leak surveys, electrical panel thermal surveys and oil analysis.
Matt completed a Mechanical Maintenance Apprenticeship with PEME and his achievements during his apprenticeship were recognised with the joint award of the 2013 PEME Apprentice of the Year Award. He was nominated because his attitude, enthusiasm and level of competence whilst working on very difficult tasks was exemplary. Matt has stood out as a very capable person who really enjoys his work and does not complain or shy away from the task in-hand. He was also commended for being polite, helpful and adaptable, with excellent attendance and time keeping.
Matt supplements the PEME Reliability team as part of his career development and this allows us to continue to expand the delivery of Asset Care services to our Plant Maintenance clients.
