PEME’s Melissa Fenwick is taking part in the Memory Walk 2016 at Ferry Meadows in Peterborough to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society. This is a cause that has become close to her heart after she lost her Grandad to the illness last year.
Around 225,000 people develop dementia every year – that’s the equivalent to one person every three minutes. The Memory Walks take place every year during September and October across England, Wales and Northern Ireland to raise money for a world without dementia.
Mel is PEME’s HR Operations Manager and will be joined on the walk by her 8-year old son, Callum. If you’d like to help Mel and Callum reach their target there is still time to make a donation.
