PEME has achieved the latest ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standard following an external examination of our procedures and performance relating to leadership, risk management and satisfying customer requirements.
We have now upgraded from ISO 9001:2008 and this new certification is testament to our robust commitment to quality management and customer satisfaction.
ISO 9001:2015 is the newest update to the quality management system standard, which provides an integrated approach to quality management and continual improvement, helping to monitor and manage quality across all operations. There have been radical changes made since the 2008 revision and ISO 9001:2015 ensures that the latest quality standard continues to maintain its relevance to industry.
PEME Managing Director Ashley Maile said: “We are delighted to have been awarded this internationally recognised quality management standard. Adopting ISO 9001:2015 has allowed us to integrate and align quality management within our business strategy and has helped us to capture and streamline our processes to make us more efficient. This means we can demonstrate to our customers that we can provide asset care services of consistent quality.”
