A mixed team of senior PEME managers, client partners and suppliers, led by PEME Managing Director Ashley Maile, recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa following a gruelling 9 day trek.
Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest point and the highest free-standing mountain in the world. The team were well-prepared having followed a training programme that involved several climbs in the UK.
The PEME members of the team consisted of Ashley Maile, Darren Martin, Stef Smith, Barrie Robinson and Alex Sewell.
In completing this task the team raised over £30,000 for the CLIC Sargent charity. The charity cares for children and young people with cancer.
