Kickboxing is a group of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai and Western boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Julian has won many awards in the sport and said “I was particularly proud of the fact that my son and I are reigning English champions within our weight and age categories at the same time”. He went onto say “the fitness and discipline required for this sport helps me in my working life”.
Julian is a Mechanical Project Manager looking after PEME’s south of England clients. He is a specialist in fabrication, steelwork and welding and is an essential component in the delivery of our Project Installations services.
