Congratulations to Ariel Zhao from the PEME Accounts Department for recently completing a higher qualification in accounting to formally recognise her work experience. This milestone further adds to the skill base within our Accounts department.
The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 4 Diploma in Accounting is a nationally recognised qualification that provides the confidence and proof that individuals have the skills necessary for a role in finance including: complex management accounting tasks; general management skills; drafting financial statements and specialisation in specific subject areas.
Ariel has worked in PEME for nearly 3 years and is responsible for financial analysis within the department including fuel and mobile phone usage. With a flick of her spreadsheet, she can advise how much fuel has been used during that call home to mother.
PEME Accounts Manager, Alison Bimson said “Our staff have been developing their skills by tackling challenging qualifications and I’m delighted for Ariel as I know how much work she put into achieving this qualification.”
